1. These terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any subscription you buy from it. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What we provide
SXS publishes quantitative analysis of football matches — principally full-time, half-time and handicap analysis — as a data and information service. The analysis is our own model output. It is not a tip, a prediction of profit, or a recommendation to place any bet.
3. Not betting advice
Nothing on this site constitutes betting advice or a recommendation to gamble. We do not accept bets, do not place bets on your behalf, and do not pay out winnings. We are not a bookmaker, an exchange, or a gambling operator. Any decision you make about gambling is your own, and you are responsible for it.
4. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to use this service and to subscribe. By subscribing you confirm that you are. We may ask for confirmation and may suspend an account if we reasonably believe this requirement is not met.
5. Trials
New accounts include a 7-day trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it will convert into the paid subscription you selected, and the payment method you provided will be charged. Trial availability is limited to one per person and we may withdraw it for abuse.
6. Subscriptions, prices and billing
- Basic £15 per month — Standard £49 per month — Advanced £79 per month.
- The first six months are discounted by 50%: £7.50, £24.50 and £39.50 per month respectively. After that the standard monthly price applies.
- Single-match pack: £59 per match, all three dimensions for one match.
- Concierge: £1,999 per month, by application.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Paid subscriptions are sold through our payment provider acting as merchant of record; that provider handles the transaction and its own terms apply to the payment. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive monthly periods until cancelled.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Because the service is digital content supplied immediately, you acknowledge that by starting a subscription you ask us to begin supply straight away, and that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel once supply has begun. This does not affect your rights where the service is faulty or not as described. Refund requests are handled through the payment provider.
8. Acceptable use
Do not share your account credentials, scrape or bulk export the service, resell or redistribute the analysis, attempt to access systems you are not authorised to access, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these rules.
9. Our content
The models, analysis, pages and data we publish are ours or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and database rights. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own purposes. It does not transfer ownership, and it does not allow redistribution.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to publish analysis daily and to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Fixture lists, coverage and model outputs can change. The view shown in the application is the authoritative one.
11. No guarantee of results
SXS does not guarantee any outcome, win rate or return, and makes no promise about how any model will perform in future. Football is uncertain and past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical records are published so that you can judge the analysis for yourself, including where it was wrong.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you take about gambling, nor for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one, and material changes will be flagged on the site before they take effect.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer protection rule in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
